"Working with Kevin has been great! Very knowledgable and driven to close the deal. Kevin helped us get into escrow in 12 days after posting the house for sale. We had a house in mind and he helped us get the offer accepted once we were in escrow to sell the our home. He recommended a local lender and it worked out great too. Both of them were responsive and answered many questions. They took our calls, texts and called back on voicemails in a timely manner. Here are some tips for future home buyers. Get more than the standard home/termite inspection, it has helped us uncover things a standard inspector may not have caught. Example: Hire a Licensed Roofer for a Roof Inspection, Licensed Pest Control business to look out for rats and/or other possible infestations, Licensed Contractor for Pool for Pool Inspection, Licensed A/C & Heater specialist to review systems. After all the inspections were complete there were issues found. Kevin was able to negotiate a request for repair or solution. Overall, I would highly recommend Kevin Oliver as your Realtor!"
